SHIPPING LEAD TIME
All our products are made-to-order with approximate lead times of 10-12 weeks; we do not carry any stock
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to changes due to material availability, production schedule, shipping disruptions or other unforeseen factors. 

BILLING & SHIPPING
The invoice will be emailed automatically on order confirmation. Orders will be shipped via USPS/UPS unless requested otherwise upon receipt of full payment. Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
All our products are made to order.  All sales are final.
Seller will only accept returns or offer replacement or refunds in case of defective/damaged merchandise, reported within 7 days of delivery. A written request should be submitted and approved before return. Items must be returned in original packaging. Email seema@trovelore.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We will respond within 3 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the error was ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
